Enhancing proper Management: Strategic Roadmap
This year 2026, is the year Kole Intellectual Forum is grateful to report to their donors that: they are gaining and enhancing proper management of their organization because, they have started to develop their strategic roadmap for their two projects development, which are meant to outline the organizational visual plan to achieve its long-term goals from the year 2027 and beyond by breaking them down into actionable steps and timelines
In the view of the organization, the development and the design of this strategic roadmap is expected to bridge the gap between the overall vision of the organization and the execution of different phases, by ensuring there is proper alignment and efficient resource allocation, as well as making the organizational teams to understand their roles, prioritize their tasks, and track their progress towards strategic objectives.
When the plan is completed, the plan is assumed to have been that one that will increase the organizational market share, add onto its new products and services or to improve onto the beneficiaries' satisfaction.
