Expanding Access Through Additional Library Openings
We are pleased to report continued progress toward our goal of establishing 10 community libraries in rural communities. During this reporting period, additional library sites have been prepared and equipped with furniture, bookshelves, desks, chairs, and educational materials. Community members have played an active role in supporting setup activities, demonstrating strong ownership and commitment to the project's success.
The newly established libraries are already attracting children and youth who previously had limited access to books and safe learning spaces. Many learners now have opportunities to read outside school hours, complete assignments, and participate in educational activities that support academic growth.
Teachers have welcomed the libraries as valuable resources that complement classroom learning. Parents have also expressed appreciation for the safe environments where children can spend their time productively.
As more libraries become operational, we are reaching an increasing number of beneficiaries across the target communities. These facilities are helping bridge educational gaps and create opportunities for children to develop literacy skills and expand their knowledge.
We thank our generous donors for making this progress possible. Your support continues to transform communities by providing access to learning resources and inspiring children to pursue brighter futures through education.

Growing Participation Among Children and Youth
We are encouraged to report a significant increase in participation among children and youth using the newly established library. Since opening, the facility has welcomed a growing number of learners who visit regularly to read, study, and engage in educational activities.
Many children have expressed excitement about having access to books for the first time outside of their school classrooms. The library provides a quiet and supportive environment where they can complete assignments, improve reading skills, and interact positively with peers.
Teachers have noted increased enthusiasm for reading among students who frequently visit the library. Parents have also shared positive feedback, reporting that children are spending more time reading at home and showing greater interest in learning.
The project team continues to monitor library attendance and gather feedback to improve services and ensure the needs of users are met effectively. Community volunteers remain actively involved in supporting daily operations and encouraging participation.
This growing engagement demonstrates the transformative potential of accessible educational resources. We thank our donors for helping create opportunities that inspire learning, strengthen literacy skills, and empower young people to achieve their educational goals.

Training Volunteers for Effective Library Management
This reporting period focused on building the capacity of community volunteers who will manage the libraries and facilitate educational activities. A comprehensive training workshop was conducted to equip volunteers with the skills and knowledge needed to ensure the success and sustainability of the project.
Training sessions covered library management, book cataloging, child safeguarding, record keeping, reading promotion strategies, and community engagement. Volunteers also learned practical techniques for encouraging children to read regularly and creating welcoming learning environments for library users.
The training emphasized the importance of making the libraries inclusive spaces where every child feels safe, respected, and motivated to learn. Participants actively engaged in discussions and practical exercises that strengthened their confidence and preparedness for their roles.
The workshop also provided an opportunity for volunteers from different communities to share experiences and learn from one another. Many participants expressed excitement about applying their new skills to support children and youth.
We are encouraged by the dedication shown by these volunteers and remain confident that they will play a key role in promoting literacy and educational success within their communities. Thank you for helping us invest in local leadership and sustainable educational development.
