Three Ebola cases are now confirmed in Uganda. While the outbreak remains small, the danger to our communities—especially our schools—is serious. Young children interact closely, share materials, and often lack access to basic hygiene facilities. This makes them highly vulnerable if the virus enters a classroom.
This project focuses on 200 children under our direct care. With your support, we will purchase and deliver infection control tools to their schools: thermometers, handwashing stations, soap, chlorine, sprayers, and gloves. Most of these schools currently have none of these items.
Your contribution will fund daily temperature checks, proper hand hygiene, and surface cleaning for all 200 children. These actions stop Ebola from spreading unnoticed. They also protect teachers, families, and the wider community.
We cannot afford to wait. Each day without supplies puts these children at greater risk. A single missed fever or unwashed hand could trigger a local outbreak.
Please help us equip these schools now. Your support keeps 200 children safe, relieves pressure on Uganda's health system, and saves lives. Ac
t today.
