Mentorship program is a must case at KIFA

Yearly, Kole Intellectual Forum (KIFA) designed a weekly special mentorship program that targets the needs of their students as they plan to pass them out (Graduate). This program is primarily based on:

• Targeted Skill and Knowledge Transfer: with this they focus on developing skills and transferring specific, often niche, knowledge relevant to home economics, role, or context to which it can be applied after study.
• Addressing the Needs of Underrepresented Groups (the had been out of school students): the team engage on promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion by providing tailored support and guidance to those students who may face unique challenges due to their background or gender. They help increase their visibility and opportunities
• Structured Support for At-Risk Students: with this program too, the guidance have to  target at-risk students’ unstable backgrounds, and they offer for them a structured academic, social, and emotional support to improve their grades, attendance, behavior, and overall well-being.
• Specific Goal Achievement: unlike other special programs, the program is meant to help participants define and achieve in designing their SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-sensitive) goals that are tied to the program's specific objectives.
• Creation of a Safe and Trusting Environment: the specialized program is created in a structured, confidential, and safe space where mentees feel comfortable discussing specific concerns, challenges, and aspirations without fear of repercussion, which is especially important for sensitive topics.

In essence, these special mentorship programs designed by Kole Intellectual Forum is meant to offer a strategic, intentional, and customized approach to personal and professional development that maximizes positive outcomes for both the students and the supporting organization.

Having an inform decision through research

Experience, research and learning about a product or a service are the true principles of transacting a business. That is why, everyone that becomes an expert or a professional in any field has to go through all those processes; from school before you are passed out, one has to pass the class work, do research and go for internship to gain  experience into the field that s/he would be qualifying at. Hence, these are the essence of those three components: experience, research and learning about a product or a service.

… because, you can never act on certain things perfectly unless you find out much details about it; by so doing so, it means you are conducting a research or currying out an investigation. Kole Intellectual Forum, who is a research based organization; and being that that acts on the basis of an informed decision; it is a such an organization who does not only campaigning for quality, sustainable and potential education; but is such who tries to investigate and devise ways and means that can make their projects’ beneficiaries and the other supporters help them to start-up a sensible business.

Among the researched item is an animal farming, or animal husbandry, which is the practice of selectively breeding, raising, and managing animals for products like meat, milk, eggs, wool, and leather, as well as for labor with hope of helping these students to empathy on they are already doing or what they have been skilled with. Of course an animal farming, is a major part of the agricultural sector, but when dealt with at modern practices, it can have significant environmental impacts, including greenhouse gas emissions and high water usage, which has led to the development of more sustainable businesses.
