Our project helps young women pursue and complete their university education by removing financial barriers. Through scholarships, mentoring, training, psychological support, career guidance, internships, and employment opportunities, we empower students to graduate, build confidence, and create positive change in their communities.
Many talented young women in Turkiye face significant barriers to accessing and completing higher education. Financial hardship, gender inequality, and limited opportunities often prevent them from reaching their full potential. These challenges are especially severe for students from low-income families and rural communities. As a result, many young women are forced to delay, interrupt, or abandon their university education.
Buldan Foundation helps young women complete their university education through scholarships and comprehensive support. In addition to financial assistance, students receive mentoring, psychological counseling, personal development training, career guidance, internship opportunities, and employment support. This holistic approach helps young women graduate, build confidence, access better opportunities, and become active contributors to their communities.
By enabling more young women to access and complete higher education, the project creates lasting social and economic impact. Graduates gain the knowledge, confidence, and opportunities needed to build independent lives, support their families, and contribute to their communities. With more than 160 graduates and 100 students currently enrolled, the program is helping create a new generation of educated women who drive positive change.
