Empowering Students to Map Their Careers

By Abdulrazak Madi | Project Leader

In his journey with us, Khaled embodied the core value of our Academic Advising program. Initially uncertain about his future, he used our interactive sessions to discover his strengths and articulate his aspirations more deeply, transforming hesitation into a clear vision.

Khaled represents hundreds of students we accompany on this integrated journey, where our efforts focus on:

  • Self-Discovery: Enabling students to understand their personality traits and identify their strengths and weaknesses to build solid cognitive confidence.

  • Specialized Guidance: Providing youth with the scientific and methodological criteria to help them choose the university major best suited to their ambitions and labor market realities.

  • Realistic Simulation: Offering opportunities to explore various majors in real-world environments, ensuring decisions are informed and based on experience rather than expectations.

  • Individualized Care: Providing personalized counseling sessions to monitor progress and develop time-management skills, which positively impacts academic performance and future readiness.

We believe that investing in the awareness and guidance of youth is the most optimal and sustainable investment. Therefore, we remain committed to empowering hundreds of students to become future leaders equipped with the knowledge and awareness necessary to lead their communities.
