How Digital Education Changes Lives

By Abdulrazak Madi | Project Leader

Through our continuous communication with the families of our students in the displacement areas of Northern Syria, we have witnessed the profound impact that education leaves on their lives. These moving stories have transcended virtual sessions to touch the hearts of families who see "Masarat" as a beacon of hope and a haven for a better future.

In one of our conversations with Um Ismail, the grandmother of young Maria, she expressed her relief with a voice full of emotion: "We were planning to send Maria to work because we couldn't afford traditional school fees and books. Now, we are so happy that she is continuing her education from our place of residence, and most importantly, everything is provided for free." Her words reflect the great hopes the family has for Maria’s success.

We also connected with Ahmed's father, whose family was forced to move to a remote area far from educational centers. He spoke with determination about the role of the digital system in rebuilding their lives: "Ahmed's education stopped due to frequent displacement. Now, with this flexible opportunity available, I am seriously considering returning to complete my university studies next year as well."

The stories of Maria and Ahmed are part of the lives of 66,000 beneficiaries who have joined the "Masarat" world. These students are now diligently preparing for final exams that will open the doors to universities and promising professional futures.

We are grateful for your trust, which has enabled us to build this effective communication and see hope shine in the eyes of families every day.
