By Abdulrazak Madi | Project Leader

Our innovative students in the Entrepreneurship Program have reached the most crucial and final milestone; Phase Six (Launch and Sustainability). We kicked off this phase with intensive training on "Digital Marketing Fundamentals," believing that a great idea needs smart outreach to become a sustainable project.
In the first session, we dove into strategic details with the trainees, including:
-
Digital Marketing Channels: Exploring the most suitable platforms for each project to ensure effective reach to the target audience.
-
Marketing Process Elements for Entrepreneurs: How an entrepreneur crafts their marketing message according to available resources and local market needs.
-
Preparation for Launch: Linking marketing skills to the operational plan to ensure a strong start for the 26 emerging projects.
This phase is the fruit we have all been waiting for, as numbers and plans transform into a tangible reality that contributes to the empowerment and financial independence of our youth.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed through their support and donations; you are partners in every "brand" that will soon see the light thanks to your generosity.

100 Entrepreneurs Begin Their Empowerment Journey
By Abdulrazak Madi | Project Leader

We are thrilled to announce that over 100 trainees have joined the "Forsaty" (My Opportunity) program, an intensive training serving as the gateway to the Entrepreneurship Program at Masarat. This program, delivered by Dr. Hilal Al-Hilal, consists of focused training hours aimed at setting youth on the path of financial independence and innovation.
The "Forsaty" program focuses on delivering the essence of entrepreneurial knowledge, where students learn:
-
Fundamentals of Entrepreneurial Thinking: How to transform challenges within their communities into viable opportunities and projects.
-
Financial Empowerment: Building the initial skills needed to enter the labor market and contribute to "turning the wheels of the economy".
-
Paving the Way: Preparing students to later transition into advanced stages, including building business models and launch plans.
At Masarat, we believe that every "opportunity" we provide today is a cornerstone in building a sustainable economic future for Northern Syria. The participation of over 100 young men and women is a testament to their strong will to change their reality for the better.
Thank you to our generous donors who make these "opportunities" a reality; through your support, we open new horizons for a generation that knows no impossibility.

Mending Souls Before Building Minds
By Abdulrazak Madi | Project Leader

In a harsh environment like Northern Syria, our students face challenges that go beyond books and curricula. Loss, displacement, and the deep scars left by crises make psychological support a fundamental pillar without which the educational process is incomplete.
At Masarat, we believe true education begins with "empathy" and understanding the student's reality. Therefore, we are keen to provide psychological support programs aimed at:
-
Overcoming Trauma: Helping students who lost loved ones or homes regain their psychological balance so they can focus on their studies.
-
Building Confidence: Bolstering students' belief in their abilities—especially our heroes with disabilities like Ahmad and Fatimah—so they can face bullying and surrounding circumstances with a strong spirit.
-
Providing a Safe Environment: Transforming the study corner in a tent or simple dwelling into a space for peace and psychological tranquility.
Knowledge requires a stable soul to flourish, and we are committed to being the bridge that mends these tired souls to innovate and excel once again.
Thank you to our donors who realize that supporting an orphan is not limited to providing a book, but extends to embracing their soul and giving them the psychological safety necessary for success.
