Amid the severe humanitarian conditions facing displaced families in the Gaza Strip and the ongoing shortage of clean water, our team, thanks to the generosity of compassionate donors, was able to distribute water to children and families living in Al Amal Camp in Deir al-Balah.

The photo captures one of the children benefiting from this assistance as he carries a container of water back to his family’s tent. This simple yet powerful scene reflects the daily struggle endured by countless children in displacement camps, where access to clean water has become a constant challenge. Families must often spend significant time and effort searching for safe water sources amid harsh living conditions and limited essential services.

Thanks to your generous support, we were able to provide the family with a shopping voucher, giving them the opportunity to purchase the items they needed most according to their own priorities. The mother and her son visited a local store where they carefully selected a variety of food products and household essentials that will help support their family in the coming weeks.

This voucher represented far more than financial assistance. It gave the mother a sense of relief from the constant worry of providing for her child and offered the young boy a moment of dignity and happiness as he accompanied his mother and helped choose the items their family needed.
