The heart of building solidarity and confidence
2024 was a year of solidarity 2025 confidence
According to Kole Intellectual Forum, "A year 2024 has been consider a year of solidarity to that of the year 2025 which they referred to a year of their confidence". 2025 is a year that,, they are reflecting a shift or connection where ** solidarity** (unity, mutual support) builds and strengthens confidence, leading to empowerment, action, and social change, especially when they have made their community to realize their shared struggles and goals, moving from just feeling for others to actively working together for a better future.
In this endeavors, it suggests that: supporting each other (solidarity) gives individuals and groups the strength (confidence) to tackle big problems like inequality or job dissatisfaction, creating a positive cycle.

To our supporters,
From the bottom our hearts, te promoters and of course from those ones (the beneficiaries),; we are grateful to report to report to you that: yearly, the members of Kole Intellectual Forum try to ensure they follow the law and also work together with their Kole District official officials in their everything they do to enable them excute their duties.
From this point of view, Kole Intellectual Forum has been able to remain consistent in their ways of excuting their duties, because of the trust they have built among the community they work for, district officials of Kole District Local Government of Uganda, and of course the donors those are supporting their cuases; particularly, the doors on the platform of GlobalGiving.
Hence, the trust they have built is the foudation of the existance of Kole Intellectual Forum.

Empower them with sewing machine: Practice
At Kole Intellectual Forum, unlike other training Institution is one such organization that believes in at the phrase that: "Practice makes perfect"; a sentence deliver to mean consistent, repeated effort leads to mastery or high skill in a task, while at the same time, encouraging perseverance by showing that improvement comes from doing something often, whether it's sports, music, writing, or any form of action like those done at the vocational Institutions. On the other hand, the phrase is meant to say that: the action is frequently taken or is just to say, if the work is focused at, it can give one at path way to become very good at it.
That is when we can report to you our supporters that: with your gifts that you always donate to us at Kole Intellectual Forum, part of it, is used to procure sewing machines and given to every child to make her concentrate or practice her all the time she is at the classroom.
Hence, at the end of the course, she would have learnt a lot; and at the end of her course she takes the machine as part of her start up capital.
