A good Home for Human Development

Why should we advocate for a good home on this planet called the earth?
Although most of the people put much emphasis in a good home in terms of building, but for the case of Kole Intellectual Forum, a good home is treated and considered as a place where one feels comfortable, safe, relaxed, loved and a place s/he can rely on. It is also taken as a place where one looks forward to going at the end of his or her day; house amongst others, is just a few blocks those are kept around to modernity a good home. Finally, some members of Kole Intellectual Forum are training their students to understand that a good home is in a safe community with lots of friendly people.
As noted above, to modernity a good home that can support human development; it should hould be taken by their students of home economics that: they (the students) should be in thtto the designing of their good homes while considering, a good location, a place where they easily approach everything for their living purposes,

For the first time in the history of education system in Kole District in Northern Uganda that: Kole Intellectual Forum with support from the donors on the platform of GlobalGiving the organization through its Institute of Home Economics, that: the system is introducing a new system of hybrid type of education; whereby out of school mothers and young girl's are given second chance to education.
Do you know about a relatively new approach of learning that Kole Intellectual Forum is promoting? It involves testing the ability of recruiting and training of young mothers and young girls out of school for the betterment of making them to have a good home.
In this report, we would love to bring to your knowledge that: there is possibility of improving on the life of those that are married vis vis that of every child around the world through Hybrid type of schooling- where there is a flexible, unique, and innovative mode of education format that can shape the future of many.
Look at the mixture of the students above, and they are doing very well at the Institute of Home Economics – Kole Intellectual Forum.

Kole Intellectual Forum has learnt that: exploring into the job markets can help the students to get involve into a comprehensive strategy that bridges the gap between academia and industry demands; and the key methods Kole Intellectual Forum are focusing on are providing them with a practical experience, enhancing career education, while fostering their relevant skills, and building professional networks.
These key Strategies for Exposing Students to Job Markets are:
- Integrated Work Experience:
- Internships and Apprenticeships: Integrating structured, relevant internships and apprenticeships into the curriculum allows students to gain hands-on experience and apply theoretical knowledge in real-world settings. Quality mentorship during these experiences is crucial for their effectiveness.
- Work-Based Learning: Collaborating with employers on specific projects or work-related learning where employers enrich classroom teaching can provide practical skills and insights into industry demands.
- Enhanced Career Education and Guidance:
- Early and Ongoing Career Guidance: Beginning career exposure in elementary and middle school, and continuing through higher education, helps students connect their interests and strengths with possible career paths, reducing stereotypes and building confidence.
