Dear Donor,
Your Generosity Saved a Baby Before He Even Had a Name
A few days ago, Mrs. Tahani arrived at one of SEMA’s hospitals, preparing to welcome her newborn child into the world.
After immediate examinations and close medical supervision, doctors successfully assisted her through a safe natural delivery.
For a brief moment, everything seemed filled with joy.
But suddenly, that joy turned into fear.
Moments after birth, the baby developed severe respiratory distress and struggled desperately to breathe. Doctors rushed him immediately to the intensive care unit, where medical teams began urgent lifesaving treatment to stabilize his fragile condition.
Every second mattered.
And because of your generosity, the care he needed was available without delay.
Our doctors and nurses worked tirelessly, providing specialized treatment and continuous monitoring until the baby slowly began to recover.
Today, this child is alive and healthy.
A baby who had not yet even received his name was given a second chance at life because people like you chose to care.
Your donations provide more than medical treatment.
They give terrified mothers hope.
They give newborns the chance to breathe, grow, and live.
They give families moments they feared they would lose forever.
But many more newborns in northern Syria are still fighting for survival every day.
Thank you for standing with SEMA and helping us continue saving the lives of the most vulnerable children.
With sincere gratitude,
