Too many teenage girls in our communities face life without essentials: steady meals, a warm bed, or a safe place to raise a child. For a young mother already stretched thin, a single setback—a lost job, a broken water pump, or her own illness—can push her family over the edge. When she has no income, impossible choices follow: buying food or diapers; repairing a leaky roof or seeing a nurse.
In Kirimwa Village, these struggles are daily realities. But change is coming. A new initiative, the Digital House, is stepping up to equip 80 teenage mothers with dignity skills—financial literacy, digital basics, small-business management, and self-care. Many of these girls were forced to drop out of school after pregnancy. Without support, their children risk the same cycle of poverty.
But compassion changes everything. With your help, the Digital House will offer hands-on workshops, mentorship, and access to simple technology. These young women will learn to track savings, market products via mobile phones, and build small home-based businesses. They will gain not just skills but confidence—the knowledge that they are seen, valued, and capable.
Your gift is more than funds. It provides a young mother with a training seat, a notebook, and a data plan to start her first online sale. It funds childcare during classes so she can learn without worry.
Together, we give these 80 girls in Kirimwa Village something priceless: the chance to rewrite their futures—and their children’s futures—with dignity, skills, and hope.
