The GLK Student Fund is excited to announce its latest graduate, Suzan! She has just graduated from primary school at Karume Day and Boarding English Medium Primary School. Certainly not an easy feat given the current Covid environment. Looking at the Suzan's report card, you can tell that the pandemic did not slow her down at all. Her teachers covered her report card with comments like "Excellent", and "Very Good".
Though she was unable to have a typical in-person ceremony rife with student performances, and celebratory hugs, we wanted to be certain that we can celebrate Suzan's accomplishments. Her next step is to attend Iluhya Secondary School. We are excited for her to attend this school as their head teacher has used his deft leadership skills over the past few years to make continual improvements and establish Illuhya Secondary as one of the best schools in the region.
We hope that you'll join us in celebrating Suzan by contributing to our fund so that many other young Tanzanians can enjoy the same academic successes as her.
