Dear Donors,
The food crisis in northern Nigeria continues to deepen. Thousands of vulnerable households are finding it increasingly difficult to secure enough food due to soaring food prices, displacement, insecurity, and loss of income.
Many families now survive on a single meal each day, while others are forced to borrow money, sell personal belongings, or reduce food consumption in order to cope. These measures may provide temporary relief but often worsen long-term poverty and vulnerability.
Empower Future Initiative is mobilizing resources to deliver emergency food packages containing staple foods such as rice, beans, cooking oil, and other essentials. These distributions are helping families meet their immediate nutritional needs while reducing the risk of severe hunger and malnutrition.
The need remains enormous, and many more families are waiting for assistance. With your support, we can expand our reach and provide life-saving relief to those who need it most.
