Individual Consultations Expertise Turns to Impact

In the journey of building startups, group training alone is not enough. Therefore, the Entrepreneurship Program at Masarat provided more than 20 individual (1-on-1) consultation sessions for our innovative students. These sessions are the "true laboratory" where project-specific challenges are deconstructed, and tailored solutions are built to fit market realities.
The impact of these consultations on trainees and their projects:

Precision in Execution: Transforming theoretical plans into precise practical steps suited to the nature of the 26 entrepreneurial projects involved.

Overcoming Hurdles: Consultations helped students solve complex technical and financial problems that were hindering their progress toward the launch phase.

Boosting Confidence and Leadership: Providing trainees with the opportunity to discuss professional concerns with experts, increasing their psychological and leadership readiness to manage their projects.

100 Entrepreneurs Begin Their Empowerment Journey

We are thrilled to announce that over 100 trainees have joined the "Forsaty" (My Opportunity) program, an intensive training serving as the gateway to the Entrepreneurship Program at Masarat. This program, delivered by Dr. Hilal Al-Hilal, consists of focused training hours aimed at setting youth on the path of financial independence and innovation.
The "Forsaty" program focuses on delivering the essence of entrepreneurial knowledge, where students learn:

Fundamentals of Entrepreneurial Thinking: How to transform challenges within their communities into viable opportunities and projects.

Financial Empowerment: Building the initial skills needed to enter the labor market and contribute to "turning the wheels of the economy".

Paving the Way: Preparing students to later transition into advanced stages, including building business models and launch plans.
At Masarat, we believe that every "opportunity" we provide today is a cornerstone in building a sustainable economic future for Northern Syria. The participation of over 100 young men and women is a testament to their strong will to change their reality for the better.
