Promoting Accurate Information to Combat Misinformation
During public health emergencies, misinformation can spread quickly and create unnecessary fear. Good Cause Foundation is addressing this challenge by providing communities with accurate, reliable, and easy-to-understand information about Ebola.
Our outreach teams are conducting awareness meetings and distributing educational materials that answer common questions about transmission, prevention, and available health services. These efforts are helping communities make informed decisions and respond appropriately to public health guidance.
Residents are increasingly relying on trusted community sources for information, contributing to improved awareness and reduced stigma. Accurate information remains a powerful tool in protecting public health.
