Combating Misinformation During Uganda's Ebola Response
One of the greatest challenges during an Ebola outbreak is the spread of misinformation. Fear, rumors, and misunderstanding can discourage people from seeking medical care or cooperating with health authorities.
Our outreach teams are working directly with community leaders, religious institutions, youth groups, and local organizations to share accurate and timely information about Ebola prevention and treatment. These efforts are helping to build trust and encourage responsible community action.
