Dear Friends and Supporters,
Thanks to your generosity, the project team has facilitated planting of another 7200 trees, that'd grow to be forests in Madagascar. Half of these trees are fruit trees via our new Reforestation partner GDV; which is amazing value to local communities and keeps them out of poverty.
These new trees will remove 144 tons of CO2 every year they grow and over 30 years of estimted life span would remove 4320 Tonnes of CO2;whilst generating 144 days of employment for the locals.
The project has launched on Earth day last month, a brilliant campaign caled FLY GREENER for holiday makers this summer. We are very fortunate and grateful to have a major donor who is kindly match pound for pound to double the impact of your donations!
